Short description of Project idea: The Exchange of the student delegations for their taking part in the educational practice in learning cultures of other regions, planar, concert practice in accordance with their profile in the sphere of culture and art. Seminars and conferences on the problems of organization and the contents of training in the sphere of culture and art, introduction of the blocks of national cultures in the educational programs.:

Measure 2: Cooperation in spheres of culture, sport, education, social and health
Main project activities and / or results: The Exchange of the student delegations for their taking part in the educational practice in learning cultures of other regions, planar, concert practice in accordance with their profile in the sphere of culture and art. The possible partners: The Academy of Culture University of Tartu, musical colleges of Latvia and Estonia. Training the students on modular disciplines, general for the educational programs of the countries of the Baltic region and Russia. Seminars and conferences on the problems of organization and the contents of training in the sphere of culture and art, introduction of the blocks of national cultures in the educational programs. The detailed projects will be developed in the shortest terms, if necessary.
