Summary: People are the main priority of every municipality. Happy people are those people who can fulfill the desire for creative expression in literature or in art. Vilani, Karsava and Shlisselburg already have a cooperation in soft projects but this project will be a great opportunity to make better place for all inhabitants of these municipalities. In all three municipalities there are professional literates and artists groups. The problem is that their activities take place in very narrow circle. Implementing this project and creating cooperation network between these groups in different organizations will cause break down of obstacles between people on the local and cross-border level. To achieve optimum results, strong points of the territory will be used – existing cultural centres and their historical cooperation. More than 3000 people (literates, artists, libraries users) will be involved in the project implementation and will get improved places: open-air reading place-stage near the Vilani library, open-air stage in Karsava and renovated library in Shlisselburg. New, stronger internationl literate, artist group will show the final product (blog and book) for wider audience; it will help further on to easier involve new participiants in their groups and will make solid basis for sustainable development.
