Three Grant Contracts with Projects accepted within the 1st Call of Proposals signed

First 3 Grant Contracts with Projects accepted within the 1st Call of Proposals has been countersigned by the Joint Managing Authority of Estonia - Latvia – Russia ENPI CBC Programme and project’s Applicants in the presence of the representatives of the National Authorities from Estonia, Latvia and Russia during the Annual Conference and Contact Forum „Strategic Cooperation – United by Borders”, which took place in St.Petersburg on 16 November 2011.


All three cross-border cooperation Projects are accepted under the Programme’s Priority 3 – „People to People” and Lead Partners (Applicants) are from Programme participating countries - Estonia, Latvia and Russia. After signing the Grant Contract each Project received Project Implementation Pack containing from cased Financial Guidelines, Communication and Visibilty Guidelines, Programme Calendar for 2012, Leaflet in respective national language and English, Project Portfolio, USB with Video Clip about the Programme, small Programme flag for each Partner in the Project.   


Information about signed Projects:


1. Project „Improving availability of medical information and counseling”. Project acronym - MEDINF.  Lead partner - Estonian Advice Centres (North-East ESTONIA). PORTFOLIO of the Project.


2. Project “Border light”.  Lead partner - Valka Municipality Council (Vidzeme, LATVIA). PORTFOLIO of the Project.


3. Project “Reduction of social consequences of an HIV spread in Estonia and Leningradskaya oblast of Russia”.  Project acronym - Helping to live. Lead partner - Social Support and Public Health Foundation «POSITIVE WAVE» (Saint-Petersburg, RUSSIAN FEDERATION). PORTFOLIO of the Project.
