The Information Manager is recruited

Starting from June 21 recently recruited Information Manager Ms. Dace Dravniece has joined the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007 - 2013.

Dace is responsible for all matters related to the information flow and communication within the Programme. She will be working to ensure that all relevant information is easily found in the Programme’s website, organising events, working on publications and ensuring Programme’s publicity in mass media. As well Dace will be responsible for consultations and supervision of the communication, visibility and publicity activities at the projects’ level.     

Dace has a Higher Diploma in Arts in Public Relations graduated in Ireland, and M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Policy and Management graduated in Latvia. In previous career Dace has worked in the European Parliament Information Office in Latvia, Ministry of Environment and Riga City Council as well as several national and international projects.
