Russian Federation has completed ratification process of the Programme

On July 31 president of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has signed the federal law On Ratification the Agreement Between Government of Russian Federation and European Community About Financing and Implementation of the Cross Border Cooperation Programme ”Estonia – Latvia – Russia.”
