Recruitment of an Information Manager

Estonia - Latvia - Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007-2013 is looking for an Information Manager for the Tartu and Jõhvi Branch offices.

Required Qualifications:

  • university degree in any field of relevance to mentioned tasks;
  • excellent written and spoken English and Estonian languages. Proficiency in any of the other programme area languages (Russian, Latvian) is an asset;
  • good knowledge of EU regional development policies and relevant legislation, in particular related to European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument;
  • good knowledge about EU (including PRAG) requirements towards publicity and information provisions;
  • awareness of Baltic Sea Region policies;
  • excellent writing, communication and presentation skills;
  • ability to work and communicate in multicultural environment;
  • computer literacy and basic graphic design skills;
  • ability to combine working independently at an external location and being as an integrated part of a structure spread over five locations subject to directions.

Required Experience:

  • minimum one year experience with information and in public relations tasks;
  • experience with implementation of EU financed projects/programmes;
  • experience with basic office management and administrative tasks
