Programme’s Launching Conference „United by borders”
Dear friends of the Estonia - Latvia – Russia Cooperation Programme!
It has been a long path from the first initiative taken by three countries in setting the common objectives back in 2006 to the current moment, when we are proud to announce Programme’s Launching Conference „United by borders” on July 14, 2010 in Riga, Latvia.
Aims of the Launching Conference are introduction of the new Programme to the potential applicants and programme stakeholders, facilitation of the partner search and idea generation, as well as promoting the Programme to the wider public.

The working language of the conference is English. The plenary speeches in Latvian, Estonian and Russian languages will be translated into English.
Venue of the Conference is Tallink Hotel Riga.
