Best sustainability showed the following projects:

For development of unique water infrastructure objects in Estonia the project “Economically and Environmentally Sustainable Lake Peipsi area” (LSP-3) was awarded with two prizes for `Best Solution`:
o Räpina Boat Harbour
o Kallaste Slip
6 projects were brought up during implementation period for bright and very attended events, masterclasses, workshops. Awards “Outstanding Event” were handed to the nominated projects:
o “Promoting the use of cultural heritage and resources in product development in border areas” (ELRII-291)
o “Sun and Wind: Universal Renewables for Local Sustainability” (ELRII-473)
o “Be good at sport through three countries” (ELRII-227)
o “To preserve not to lose it – safeguarding of cultural heritage” (ELRII-308)
o “Exploring the history of narrow gauge railway” (ELRI-142)
o “ARCHAEOLOGY, AUTHORITY & COMMUNITY: cooperation to protect archaeological heritage” (ELRI-191)
For notable contribution to the regional development in Estonia the award “Pearl of Region” was assigned to:
o “Cross countries through football” (ELRI-181)
o ”Regions are to attract the investors” (ELRII-535)
o “Promoting the use of cultural heritage and resources in product development in border areas” (ELRII-291).
Altogether 50 cross-border cooperation projects have been supported by the ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme 2007-2013 with the overall budget of 58,89 MEUR involving 241 partners from three countries.
