New Project Manager with Russian language joined the team in Joint Technical Secretariat in Riga, Latvia
Today Ms Polina Zaytseva started to work as Project Manager in the Estonia-Latvia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme Main Office in Riga, Latvia and will be responsible for management of programme’s projects.
She is temporarily replacing Ms Elena Makarova during her maternity leave.
Ms Zaytseva has an academic degree in geography, majoring in economic and social geography and is graduated from Saint Petersburg State University in 2005 and 2007 with diplomas of Specialist and Master respectively. In 2012 her educational background was enhanced by Master`s degree in Business with Finance major (Spain, Alcala University).
Professional experience of Ms Zaytseva includes more than 5 years research and analytical experience in the sphere of regional economy in the Russian Academy of Sciences, participation in international and cooperation projects of EU as a coordinator assistant (project planning and implementation issues), development of strategic planning documents of the territories: complex investments plans and regional development strategies (municipal finance, budget analysis and prognosis, sustainable development).
