New Project Manager with Estonian language has joined the Secretariat staff
Project Manager Ms Liina Saar has joined the Secretariat staff on 26 September 2011.
Liina has gained master degree in public administration in Tallinn University of Technology.
Her working experience comes from the Estonian public administration sector. Liina has more than 16 years experience working at the development and planning field in local municipality and county government. During these years Liina was involved in elaboration and implementation of various regional and national development plan programmes. She was a member of Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013, Archipelago and Islands Steering Committee.
Ms Liina Saar is replacing project manager Ms Mare Raid who stopped her duties at JTS on 1 September 2011.
