The Registration Form has to be returned to the Programme Joint Technical Secretariat by e-mail: info@estlatrus.eu as soon as possible, but not later than by Monday 13 September 2010.
The seminars are organised by the Programme Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI).
Further support for the project preparation will include a Partner Search Forum to be held in Daugavpils, Latvia on 5 October 2010 and Follow-up Information seminars for applicants and partners from St.Petersburg, Pskov and Leningrad oblasts early in November 2010.

The purpose of the seminars is to introduce potential project applicants and partners to the project submission requirements of the 1st Call for Proposals of the Programme. The seminars will start at 10.00 and finish at 17.30. The seminar will be conducted in Russian.
All three seminars are identical and applicants are kindly asked to apply for one of the seminar:
