Grant contract for 1 520 731, 16 euro of the Programme co-financing countersigned by the JMA of the Programme and the University of Tartu (Estonia)
The University of Tartu (Estonia) together with 2 partners from Estonia, 3 partners from Latvia and 3 partners from Russia will realize cross-border archaeological heritage preservation project „ARCHAEOLOGY, AUTHORITY & COMMUNITY: cooperation to protect archaeological heritage“ under the Priority 2 – Common challanges, Measure 2.2 – Preservation and promotion of cultural and historical heritage and support of local traditional skills. Total budget of the project is 1 714 515,66 euro.
The project idea is to preserve common archaeological heritage, to develope cross-border cooperation in the field of its protection and raise the awareness among population in border area about it.
