Finacial Manager has Joined the Secretariat Staff

Since August 9 Ms. Dace Stepanova has satarted to work in the Joint Technical Secretariat as a newly recruited Financial Manager.

Dace has studied economics in the field of financial analyze in the University of Latvia. She has worked as a financial specialist in the Certifying Authority of the Latvia-Lithuania Cross Border Cooperation Programme and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism Programme "Territorial cooperation" in Latvia.

Dace will provide assistance and information to the project partners on the reporting and budgetary issues. She also will be responsible for the monitoring of the projects progress reports. As well Dace will be responsible for the efficient use and handling of the Technical Assistance and development of the Programme annual reports.
