Expected results and sustainability discussed in the third seminar for Beneficiaries and Partners
The third and last two days seminar on final reporting and project closure issues in Gulbene, Latvia on 9-10 April, 2014 gathered about 70 project implementers from Estonia, Latvia and Russia. They represented Beneficiaries and Partners of 15 Projects within the Programme. Presentations and practical exercises covered topical issues related to programme visibility and accessibility of outputs, on-spot visits to the projects, role and obligation of the partner within project partnership, filling in the financial and narrative part of final reports. Practical exercises, facilitation of networking and opportunity for individual consultations were highly appreciated by participants.
Questions from participants touched the topics related to achieved indicators as well the difference between outputs and results of the projects. During the consultations the issues about preparation of final report, possible extension of the project, calculation of balance payment, eligibility of costs of human resources, on-spot visits and use of savings were discussed.
Teambuilding was examined in creative exercises, as well discussions on joint opinion how the project sustainability will be ensured.
