Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 Public Hearing

In new programming period (2014-2020) bilateral Estonia-Russia CBC Programme, which is currently under the preparation in close cooperation between the Republic of  Estonia and the Russian Federation will start. The Programme is part of the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) and it continues the cooperation started in programming period 2007-2013 in frame of the Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme.


The strategic objectives of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme are supported by actions in four Thematic Objectives:
       • Business and SME development
       • Promotion of border management and border security, mobility and migration management
       • Environmental protection and climate change mitigation
       • Support to local and regional good governance


The Programme area
       in Estonia: Kesk-Eesti, Kirde-Eesti, Lõuna-Eesti. Adjoining area: Põhja-Eesti
       in Russia: Leningradi region, Pskov region, St.Petersburg city


The draft Programme is available during 25.02.2015-11.03.2015 on ESTLATRUS web-site:  http://www.estlatrus.eu/eng/cbc_20142020/estoniarussia_programme


Proposals to the Draft Programme are expected until March 11th, 2015 via e-mail to helena.raud@eas.ee


One public hearing is organized (according to National Regulation) and is taking place in Estonia.


The public hearing of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme will take place on March 6th, 2015 at Radisson BLU Sky Hotel Conference Centre in Tallinn. The start of the event is at 13:00. Working language of the public hearing is Estonian.
