During the first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of Estonia-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 on 30-31 March 2016  the decision of establishing the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) for implementation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme was taken. After more than 3 years of work the planned activities of the project “Improvement of traffic and border crossing possibilities in Värska-Pechory monastery road- Safe Road” (“Safe Road” LSP-1) were succsessfully finalized in the end of year 2015. Read more

On 21-22 March 2016 the officials from the European Union services, Mr Michel Martino, the Coordinator for Cooperation Policy, European External Action Service (EEAS) and Mr Vadim Deleu, Service for Foreign Policy Instrument (FPI), Delegation of the European Union to Russia had paid a visit to St. Petersburg and explored the final results of the project ‘LSG Development’.
