The event is aimed at introducing the Latvia – Russia Programme to the potential beneficiaries and Programme stakeholders. The event will also serve as the first Partner Forum bringing together various representatives from Latvia and Russia to form new partnerships.
Please note that the total number of participants is limited, therefore only two person per organisation may attend the conference
