Short description of the event
4 weeks in September, 2012 flyers will be distributed to 2500 drivers driving in border area and crossing 2 LV-RU and 1 EE-RU border on both sides of borders. Drivers will be stopped on roads by road police man or in border crossing points. Radio and TV broadcasts will be organized.
