Lector Marko Mehilane - counselor-at-law (Advokaadibüroo Entsik & Partnerid) will introduce participants with actualities in national legislation related with procurements, including definition of costs, selection of the procedure, main stages in procurement process, as well with experience dealing with EU funded projects.
